DPS/HEALS:
Titanium Frostguard Ring +68 FR (Recommended minimum for everyone in the raid to have equipped except the MT)
= 198 FR with Paladins Frost Aura =34.32% damage reduction from a 83 elite

MAIN TANK:
Icebane Chestguard +115 FR
Icebane Girdle +86 FR
Icebane Treads +86 FR
= 417 FR with Paladins Frost Aura (+2 over cap) =72.28% damage reduction from a 83 elite

ENCHANTS FOR TANKING GEAR:
Chest: 22 Defense Rating.
Boots: 22 Stamina.

Guys this isn't really asking much for you all to spend a bit of time/gold getting this ring crafted/socketed. Hopefully this will place less stress on the healers and end up in us downing this boss. Im pretty sure it wont be a waste of gold as i suspect some more FR fights to be in Icecrown Citadel.
